Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension/ Conversion)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 days/week or as needed

Pay Rate: $30/HR – $38/HR

On behalf of our client, a leading private university in Los Angeles, CA, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) within a dynamic healthcare setting. This is not a traditional project coordinator position; rather, it supports the EPMO’s business operations. You'll act as a subject matter expert for Service Now's Demand and Project modules, create insightful Power BI and Service Now reports, support data-driven decision making, maintain internal documentation, and manage Microsoft Office templates and SharePoint content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EPMO operations by maintaining and analyzing project-related data.
• Serve as a SME for Service Now Project Management Tools (PPM, ITBM, SPM).
• Create and manage Power BI and Service Now reports.
• Maintain department templates and documentation using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document process flows and ensure best practices across reporting and operational tasks.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Office Management, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of directly relevant experience and/or certifications are required (High school diploma or GED is mandatory).
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Financial Analyst, or Project Manager within a formal PMO/EPMO environment.
• Proficiency with Service Now report writing and project modules.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX formulas.
