We're looking for a Security Engineering Manager to join the Info Sec org!

What you’ll do:

* Design and build scalable security solutions across applications, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
* Partner with engineering, product, and IT teams to embed security into architecture, development, and operational workflows.
* Lead high-impact security initiatives from design through deployment, ensuring systems are resilient and aligned with business goals.
* Drive incident response and strengthen detection, investigation, and remediation capabilities.
* Provide technical leadership in secure design, threat modeling, and risk reduction best practices.
* Define and execute the security roadmap, continuously improving controls, tooling, and overall security posture.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Demonstrated leadership and impact in security domains such as Application Security, Enterprise Security, Infrastructure Security, and/or Spam & Abuse
* Expertise in software engineering, with proficiency in programming languages such as Golang and Python.
* Strong background in big data technologies, such as Big Query.
* Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams.
* Excellent cross-team collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Deep understanding of user privacy and security

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as computer science, engineering or equivalent years of experience
* 8+ years of post- bachelor’s industry experience; or a Master’s degree in a technical field + 7+ years of post-grad security experience; or a PhD in a related technical field + 4 years of post-grad security experience
* 1+ year(s) of experience as an Engineering Manager
* Extensive experience designing and deploying production-quality software solutions ferred

Qualifications:

* Proven leadership in designing and deploying scalable systems for security operations, with measurable impact on organizational security goals.
* Experience driving organizational change by developing and evangelizing new frameworks or processes for combating emerging threats.
* Strong strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to define technical roadmaps and lead multi-team initiatives.
* Experience collaborating with executive leadership to align technical solutions with business priorities and risk management strategies.
* A track record of mentoring senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
