• Maintain accurate space data according to defined standards
• Create exception reports and oversee the validation and update process
• Process data change requests and create quarterly cost allocation reports
• Assist with metrics analysis and reporting in conjunction with the analytics team
• Work within Power
  
  BI/TRIANA for trending, analytics reports, and headcount allocation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with CAD/CAFM systems
• Familiarity with data governance processes
• Knowledge of benchmarking metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
