We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences for a complex, enterprise-level client. This role focuses on translating business and user needs into intuitive, scalable design solutions across digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong UX/UI execution, a systems-oriented mindset, and experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences using Figma
• Translate complex requirements into clear user flows and interaction models
• Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure feasibility and quality
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business needs
• Communicate design intent clearly to ensure accurate implementation
• Own design work from concept through delivery while meeting timelines

• Proven UX/UI experience with strong visual and interaction design skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Experience working within design systems
• Background in enterprise, consulting, or agency environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
