Job Description:
- 3–6+ years of experience in AV technical support or AV infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of AV hardware, cabling standards, and troubleshooting
- Experience in EOL asset handling, decommissioning, and secure disposal workflows
- Hands‑on coordination with third‑party disposal/recycling vendors
- Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory systems
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and environmental regulations
- Ability to rack/stack equipment and perform physical installations
- Good documentation and reporting skills
