Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:

Pay Range: $65.09hr - $70.09hr

• The Business Systems Analyst III will lead end-to-end analysis and optimization of digital content workflows within technology and operations environments.
• This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, and support scalable digital content delivery.
• The ideal candidate brings strong experience in workflow mapping, cross-functional facilitation, and managing complex, multi-team initiatives from Client through implementation.

• Lead end-to-end analysis of digital content workflows, documenting steps, dependencies, pain points, and data touchpoints.
• Map ingestion and content availability paths and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workflows support accurate, timely, and scalable digital content delivery.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are well defined, feasible, and aligned with project goals.
• Define future-state workflows, data models, and system interactions related to content availability, rights management, and digital asset distribution.

• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery milestones across multiple parallel work streams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, drive alignment, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new tools, enhancements, and processes.

• Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, requirements artifacts, and user-facing materials.
• Support training and knowledge transfer to ensure operational readiness.
• Establish operational best practices to improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility into digital content operations.

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or hybrid BA/PM.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-team projects from Client through delivery.
• Strong experience in requirements documentation and process mapping.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with digital media operations, content distribution, publishing workflows, or licensing processes.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experience defining data models and system integrations.

• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
