- Drive strategies to convert non-members into members through targeted offers and streamlined digital pathways
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to uncover user insights and translate complex data into actionable business narratives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or data analytics
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a team, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud stack, including Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
- Proven success in driving sales lift and conversion rate optimization in a multi-product environment
- Experience with Membership/Subscription models
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical constraints into business opportunities
