Security Service Coordinator​/Programmer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Coordinator / Programmer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and proficient with security and access control systems—particularly DMP and Brivo
. The position requires strong technical aptitude to support clients remotely and in-house, assist with programming, and coordinate service-related activities.

• Serve as the primary in-office support for service coordination and technical programming.
• Provide remote programming and troubleshooting for DMP and Brivo systems.
• Configure, maintain, and support video surveillance systems, including Eagle Eye, and assist with other platforms as needed.
• Learn and support additional systems such as Milestone and Genetec to broaden client support capabilities.
• Coordinate scheduling between field technicians, clients, and management to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, logs, and system records.
• Communicate with clients to gather technical details, confirm service status, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support project management and technical staff with programming and system setup tasks as needed.

• Proficiency with DMP and Brivo required.
• Experience with Eagle Eye or similar video surveillance systems preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms such as Milestone and Genetec.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in electronic security, access control, or related technical service fields preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
