Responsibilities- This critical role requires a deep understanding of government contracting requirements, security regulations, and cutting‑edge technology solutions.
- Build out and run the structure of the classified capabilities machine for our organization, enabling rapid bring‑up of new facilities and networks while ensuring world‑class uptime through stable sustainment.
- Organize and manage the business’s classified infrastructure ensuring networks and facilities exist when and where they’re needed so our engineering teams can design and test our technologies.
- Support our division leadership teams by solidifying requirements intake proactively, being creative to get ahead of needs.
- Manage real‑estate investments strategy supporting classified work and infrastructure.
- Support internal operations like facility expansion planning.
- Support M&A integrations ensuring not only the technologies but also the people, processes, and systems are integrated into the Voyager frameworks.
- Execute special projects across industrial security, infosec, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
- 10‑15 years of experience in a highly dynamic role in a technology, defense, or aerospace company.
- Proven track record of managing leading technical teams.
- Experience developing pace and production resiliency that requires deep knowledge of the infrastructure and approval process to streamline effectively.
- Experience diving into problems to solve the conflict at the root and develop long‑term corrective actions.
- Proactive communication and polished interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Highly analytical with a love for solving complex, cross‑functional problems in a people‑centric way.
- Both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
- Detail‑oriented, data‑driven, an incredibly fast learner, insatiably curious, tactical, technology‑ and efficiency‑focused, highly operational.
Salary range: $215,000 – $290,000 USD (base salary). Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience and performance.
