AI Security Manger

JCW Group has partnered with a growing financial institution to hire an AI Solutions & Security Manager. This role will play a key part in driving secure, compliant AI adoption across the Bank, working closely with business leaders, IT, cybersecurity, and third-party vendors as AI capabilities continue to expand.

This position focuses on identifying and implementing AI solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and client experience, while ensuring all initiatives align with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. You’ll support proof-of-concept efforts, vendor integrations, and enterprise rollouts, and act as a key liaison between technical teams, business units, and security stakeholders. The role also provides backup support to the Information Security Officer and contributes to broader security governance, risk assessments, and audit readiness.

• 3+ years of experience in AI development, AI integration, process automation, or information security, preferably within financial services
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, data privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST, and GLBA
• Experience working with AI vendors, cloud platforms, and secure system architectures
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
