Hours:
At least 10 hours per week between the hours of 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Applicants must be available to work for at least one summer session.
Job Description:
- Set up brand-new workstations and offer friendly tech assistance to our staff.
- Keep track of workstations, software, printers, and other assets in our inventory system.
- Be the hero behind the scenes by providing technical support for point-of-sale equipment in our restaurants and stores.
- Extend a helping hand to ASUCLA staff whenever IT issues arise.
- Tackle challenges with emails, networks, and tech hiccups, making sure everything runs seamlessly.
- Assist with smartphone questions, both Android and iOS.
- Provide support in diagnosing and resolving issues with ASUCLA Store and Restaurant registers and associated equipment.
- Skilled in the art of tech surgery? You'll get to replace parts in laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Help maintain office cleanliness to help promote productivity and positive atmosphere.
