Experience Level: 12+ Years

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic client engagements, drive technology vision, and ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to manage multi‑stream programs in fast‑paced, high‑impact environments while aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

• Guide clients on technology evaluation, provide technical thought leadership, and define strategic direction.
• Take the lead in preparing comprehensive functional and technical specification documents.
• Lead project deliveries while managing multiple responsibilities in a high‑paced environment where you are empowered to make a difference.
• Constantly sync with Product and Business teams to align on business priorities and plan for long‑term and short‑term architecture goals.
• Own the complete SDLC of product(s) by managing solutioning, engineering, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Work closely with Product Owners to align on feature backlogs and engineering roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor team members to debug and solve complex technical problems.
• Lead engagements with multiple work streams; prepare project plans and manage deliverables effectively.
• Conduct code walkthroughs and ensure high standards through quality reviews.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies, and industry best practices.

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, engagement management, or technical program leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture design, and enterprise application development.
• Proven experience managing multi‑stream engagements and cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, project planning, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive architectural discussions and influence technical decision‑making.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a business‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication, client‑facing, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
