Responsibilities- Keep Production Leads informed of workflow deadlines, manage priorities, and proactively flag scheduling risks while partnering with teams to resolve issues
- Collaborate with External Development teams to onboard external partners and ensure they have the tools, access, and support needed to successfully deliver work
- Provide artists and vendors with specifications, references, and requirements to ensure technical standards and IP guidelines are met
- Manage projects using Airtable, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, routing feedback, and maintaining workflow visibility
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming files throughout production, including pre-press review and preparation for final delivery
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, production support, or team operations
- Strong multitasking skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex production information into clear updates
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and drive team alignment
- Experience with project management and creative production tools such as Airtable, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
