Application Developer V

Position reports to the Head of Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Implementation Platform and is responsible for execution and delivery of platform tools and reporting supporting one or more major regulatory work streams within the GRC and its stakeholders.

• Implement and manage automation processes for data ingestion and report generation.
• Support Agile Scrum teams by planning technical solutions and delivering capabilities.
• APIs & Integration:
• Develop and maintain OData and API integrations to support data flow across systems.
• Ensure secure and efficient API implementation for business intelligence tools.

• Design and Architect end-to-end solutions using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps tailored to meet business requirements and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the design of the Power Apps ecosystem, including the integration of various components such as:
• Security Roles and Permissions:
  Define and manage user access through detailed security roles, ensuring proper data protection and compliance with organizational policies.

  Collaboration:
  
  Architect solutions that enable collaborative work spaces, configuring Teams to streamline user interactions within the app environment.
• Forms and User Interfaces:
  Design intuitive forms and interfaces that ensure smooth user experience while capturing critical business data.
• Business Logic and Rules:
  Develop and integrate robust business rules to automate workflows, enforce data consistency, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Relationships and Entity Management:
  Design and configure relationships between entities, ensuring seamless data flow and meaningful interaction across the application.
• Data Structure and Optimization:
  Define keys, column types, and data model configurations to optimize storage, retrieval, and performance.
• Auditing and Monitoring:
  Implement auditing and monitoring capabilities to track and report on user actions and system performance, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Architect and design Power Automate flows to automate approval workflows and integrate business processes seamlessly within the Power Apps environment, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements and IT policies.
• Provide strategic guidance and governance on best practices, ensuring that the Power Apps solutions align with the broader enterprise architecture, integrate effectively with existing systems, and are adaptable to future business needs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Perform data mining and identify new reporting opportunities by analyzing business KPIs.
• Develop and implement adoption strategies through reporting and usage analysis.

• Manage reporting platforms, including LDAP and Windows Authentication.
• Define and implement security roles using Azure AD and Entra .
• Plan for unit testing, rollback strategies, and ensure system reliability during deployments.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
• Proven leadership and program management skills to drive alignment across key business functions.
• Deep understanding and proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and regulators, to include virtual, matrixed leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships across the CUSO.
• Experience managing or being a part of a compliance or risk management team for a large US bank or large Legal Firm
• Proven leadership and project management skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups to develop and deliver end-to-end risk management platform solutions and controls aligned with group’s processes.
• Deep understanding of risk framework, corporate/business policies, and programs to translate into platform solutions for the business, function and/or risk type.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $120.79/hour - $129.50/hour
