Law firm is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities- Deliver remote and on-site support for hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and conferencing systems
- Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person
- Track, update, and resolve tickets in accordance with SLAs and performance standards
- Maintain strong customer service while troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborate with IT teams across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County
- Contribute to the knowledge base and identify recurring technical trends
- Support and maintain firm-approved technologies and multimedia/video conferencing systems
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-2 years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, iManage, Active Directory required
- Available to work after-hours and overtime as needed
