A leading global entertainment and interactive media organization is seeking an experienced Production Technician II / IT Support Analyst to join its Shared Services operations team. This is a hands‑on, onsite role supporting a dynamic studio environment.
This position is ideal for a proactive IT professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes ownership of issues through resolution, and enjoys supporting creative and production teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite IT support for approximately 70 Windows and Mac workstations
- Troubleshoot desktop, Active Directory, and general endpoint issues
- Deploy workstations, manage patches, OS updates, and security remediation
- Support conference room technology, networking issues, and light server rack maintenance
- Manage user onboarding, account provisioning, and identity access management
- Monitor and triage service desk tickets (Jira Service Desk) and prioritize resolution
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with enterprise IT and cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience in a corporate/enterprise environment
- Strong Service Desk experience (Jira preferred)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and MacOS
- Experience with SCCM and JAMF
- SaaS administration and identity management experience
- Experience with automated OS/software deployment and endpoint security remediation
- Working knowledge of Active Directory group management
- General understanding of TCP/IP (LAN/WAN) networking
- Basic scripting knowledge for task automation
- Strong troubleshooting ability and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Certifications or hands‑on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
