Overview
We are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a skilled Mac Support Engineer at the mid to senior level. In this role, you will serve as the primary Apple technical resource for clients based in the Los Angeles area, providing both on-site and remote support. While your home base is Los Angeles, you may also support clients across the country remotely.

- Reports to:
MSP Operations / Service Delivery
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to Los Angeles-area clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Apple Mac and Windows devices
- Support end users with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace, Google Gemini
- Assist with video production system support and maintenance
- Participate in client onboarding, system setup, and configuration
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues
- Deliver remote support for clients nationwide as needed
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users to understand and resolve issues efficiently
- 3+ years of experience in Mac/Apple hardware and software support
- 1+ year of experience in Windows 10/11 software
- Strong working knowledge of Apple hardware, macOS, and general IT support methodology
- Proficiency supporting Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace, Google Gemini
- Experience with video production systems and related workflows
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles 1–3 days per week - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and IP subnetting
- Experience working in an MSP or multi-client support environment
- Apple certifications (ACMT or equivalent) are a plus
