We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports, and partnering cross-functionally to improve operational and financial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and the ability to clearly communicate insights to senior leadership.

This is an on-site role.

• Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, operational systems)
• Develop dashboards and recurring reporting using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Build and maintain queries and data models to support reporting accuracy and scalability
• Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers; translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership to define KPIs and metrics
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
• Support forecasting and scenario modeling through advanced analytics
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and documentation standards are maintained

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role
• Advanced Excel required
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

• This is an on-site role.
• Extensive periods of sitting and computer use.
• Willingness to work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek.
