Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for the product design, implementation and ongoing management of all digital and analytics solutions including Custom, Web, Mobile, Digital, and Analytics products to support safe and high quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and operational efficiency. The Product Manager works with the PMO to set priorities, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
This role communicates at all levels and presents technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Defines product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- Manages the product lifecycle, prioritizing the backlog, planning releases, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Partners with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures platform scalability and adoption, tracking KPIs, monitoring usage, and optimizing Salesforce capabilities.
- Translates requirements into user stories and works closely with admins, developers, and architects to deliver features.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology with emphasis in applications and analytics product development.
- Experience leading technical and functional teams within the applications development lifecycle.
- Experience working with users to understand workflows and translating these to application builds.
- Experience building new analytics and data products.
- Experience with the System Development Lifecycle and software development.
- Experience with development methodologies.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
