We are seeking an experienced Web Content Editor / Web Producer who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to a fast-paced digital environment. This role will support content updates and enhancements across a large digital ecosystem, including landing pages, clinic pages, treatment pages, and newsletters.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in web content management, is comfortable working within CMS platforms (Drupal experience is a plus), and possesses a strong understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, edit, and publish content across various web properties using a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Maintain and optimize landing pages, clinic pages, treatment pages, and newsletters
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and editorial standards
  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize content performance and visibility
  • Review content for quality, structure, and usability—identifying and correcting issues as needed
  • Ensure web content meets accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to intake, clarify, and refine content requests
  • Perform light requirements gathering to ensure clear direction before execution
  • Troubleshoot content issues and elevate when necessary
  • Stay current with web trends, CMS innovations, and digital best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in web content management, web production, or a similar role
  • Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) (Drupal preferred, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of web content management principles
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (ability to identify issues and optimize content accordingly)
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and managing incoming requests
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Drupal CMS
  • Background in healthcare, higher education, or enterprise‑level websites
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
