Role Overview
As an Associate in Content & Business Product and Delivery Finance & Strategy (CBPD F&S), you will provide analytical support and strategic insights to the product organization, focusing on product and infrastructure for media assets.
The position is located in Los Angeles and reports to the Senior Manager of CBPD F&S. It requires occasional travel and collaboration with partners in other offices.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough analyses of large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data to translate into insights, tradeoffs, and options that guide data‑driven decisions around product features and infrastructure.
- Establish a trusted relationship with engineering and studio stakeholders to develop hypotheses, identify problems, and influence product roadmaps.
- Partner with data science and insights teams to define measures of success and evaluate impact.
- Develop strategic frameworks that accelerate decision‑making for serving productions and studio globally using cloud and distributed technologies.
- Partner with product managers on go‑to‑market strategies and support studio product rollout plans.
- Travel and collaborate with partners in other offices as required.
- Strong critical thinking and comprehensive analytical skills; ability to perform analyses independently and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- 4+ years in a highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, corporate strategy, or media/tech industry).
- Ability to build models quickly using incomplete information.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and analysis.
- Expertise in Excel and proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau; quick learning of internal tools.
- Solid understanding of product management concepts and experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative emphasis (finance, economics, mathematics, engineering/computer science, or related fields).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies; affinity for technology, product, and infrastructure (UI, APIs, networks, servers, storage).
