Operations Analyst - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking an Operations Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Los Angeles, CA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Pay Range:
Up to $42.68/hr. based on experience

This role is responsible for performing operational support duties for the Cash Management Department. The specialist will provide product training to customers, assist with user testing, and offer technical and general support for online banking services. Key activities include customer setups, system monitoring, problem resolution, and participation in departmental projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational support duties of the Cash Management Department
• Provide Web Ex product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services
• Assist with user testing for upgrades and new product development
• Provide a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services
• Perform customer setups, monitor product usage and system operation, and resolve problems within given authority
• Help in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
• Perform a variety of routine daily tasks, review reports, prepare correspondence, and participate in special department projects

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in an operational support or cash management role
• Experience providing product training to customers and internal personnel
• Familiarity with user testing for software upgrades or new product development
• Ability to provide technical and general support for online banking services
• Experience performing customer setups and monitoring system operations
