The Journey Builder III will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of customer experience strategies, marketing automation tools, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful results. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer journey strategies to improve user engagement and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute personalized marketing campaigns. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for journey optimization. Utilize marketing automation tools to build and manage customer journeys. Monitor and report on the performance of customer journeys, providing actionable insights for improvement. Ensure all customer journey initiatives align with business goals and brand standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in customer journey design and marketing automation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range: $55-64/hr. on a W2 Basis. #LI-VP1 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
