The Vice President, Product Management is a senior executive leader responsible for defining and leading ALTEK Technology Company's global product strategy, roadmap development, and digital healthcare platform innovation.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept development to launch and continuous optimization—ensuring alignment between business strategy, healthcare market needs, regulatory standards, and technology execution.

The VP will play a critical role in building scalable healthcare technology products, enhancing user experience, and driving innovation across blockchain-enabled healthcare platforms, digital health services, and enterprise healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare technology, digital platforms, enterprise software, or fintech-enabled healthcare environments, with a proven track record in building high-performance products and leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
