AI Intern – Process Automation & Agent Development

Location:

City of Industry, CA (Must reside in California and within Los Angeles County)

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months (ON SITE ONLY)

Pay: $20.59–$30.00 per hour

• Evaluate current business processes across departments such as Operations, Finance, IT, and others to identify automation opportunities
• Research and propose AI-driven use cases to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision‑making
• Assist in designing, building, and testing AI agents, copilots, or workflow automations
• Document process flows, findings, recommendations, and results in a clear and organized manner
• Support pilot programs, including tracking outcomes and preparing summary reports
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support adoption of AI solutions
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
• Support cross‑functional projects with teams including Finance, Operations, and IT

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Automate, APIs, or workflow tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
