IT Technical Support I
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an IT Technical Support I professional to provide hands-on technical support for a fast-paced airport development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Help Desk support for end users and respond to IT service requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Deploy and relocate computer equipment throughout airport facilities
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
- Support department events and special IT projects
- Train and assist users with IT systems and equipment
