The VP, Risk Transformation is responsible for leading the design and execution of initiatives that modernize how risk and operational activities are performed across the enterprise. This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics to eliminate manual processes, enhance operating effectiveness, and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making. The position partners closely with business, risk, and technology leaders to translate strategic ideas into practical, executable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency while maintaining alignment with regulatory expectations and the Bank's risk appetite framework.

This position is an individual contributor role responsible for directly leading and executing transformation initiatives, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes without direct people management responsibilities. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• AI, Automation & Intelligent Transformation (Core Focus)
• Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled and automation-driven transformation initiatives across risk and business functions
• Implement solutions leveraging AI (e.g., document analysis, workflow optimization, decision support) to improve productivity and consistency
• Design and deploy end-to-end automated workflows to eliminate manual processes, reduce errors, and enhance scalability
• Establish and manage a centralized pipeline of AI and automation use cases, including prioritization, tracking, and benefit realization
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
• End-to-End Solution Ownership (Core Expectation)
• Translate business ideas, pain points, and strategic objectives into clearly defined business user requirements
• Partner with Technology, Data, and other stakeholders to design scalable, practical solutions
• Own the full lifecycle of initiatives from concept through design, build, testing, and implementation, ensuring successful delivery and adoption
• Drive alignment between business needs and technical execution, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and deliver measurable value
