- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Strong communication and customer service mind‑set, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non‑technical .
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Service Now).
- Background in IT support, web administration, digital operations, or a related field.
- Bachelors in Information Technology (IT).
