Responsibilities
- Own and continuously refine enterprise-wide learning programs serving legal and administrative professionals across the firm
- Deliver advanced instruction on productivity platforms, AI‑assisted tools, document management systems, and technology workflows specific to legal practice environments
- Onboard incoming attorneys and business professionals on firm applications, systems, and operational procedures
- Facilitate training across multiple modalities - classroom, virtual, one‑on‑one, and point‑of‑need - calibrated to the audience
- Develop and run specialized skill‑building sessions and recurring learning forums
- Proactively surface knowledge and performance gaps and translate them into actionable learning solutions
- Partner with attorneys and operational managers to diagnose individual and team‑level learning needs, then deliver targeted interventions and follow‑through
- Identify and advocate for improvements to instructional approaches, processes, and reference documentation
- Build, customize, and maintain proprietary training materials and firm‑standard reference documentation
- Adapt third‑party vendor content to meet internal standards and workflow requirements
- Produce and manage learning content across formats including:
- Curricula and course frameworks
- Workbooks, guides, and practice exercises
- Quick reference tools and internal communication tips
- Video tutorials, eLearning modules, and knowledge assessments
- Log, route, and track support requests through the firm’s ticketing platform to drive timely resolution
- Monitor support ticket patterns to identify recurring issues and translate them into training opportunities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AI productivity tools, and PDF authoring software
- Practical experience working with firm‑specific document templates and legal workflow tools
- Working knowledge of enterprise document management platforms and legal technology ecosystems
- Exposure to AI‑powered tools in a legal or professional services context preferred
- Willingness to travel between office locations as needed
- Availability to support training needs outside standard business hours
- Polished, approachable presence with an ability to create an energized and positive learning environment
- Communicates technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels
- Exercises sound judgment on when to elevate issues vs. resolve independently
- Capable of managing concurrent initiatives and connecting them to broader business objectives
