• Audit & Automate: Conduct deep‑dive AI audits across teams to identify pain points and map out high‑impact candidates for automation.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy sophisticated workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion, and Airtable to solve complex problems without writing a single line of code.
• System Design: Create and iterate on internal playbooks and systems that improve accuracy, save time, and drive scalable adoption across the organization.
• Evangelize Innovation: Serve as the internal champion for smart, ethical AI use, training teams to embrace new tech and a “builder” mindset.

• Strategic Foundation: A background in Biz Ops, Product Ops, or systems consulting with a proven ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• No‑Code Fluency: Deep comfort with modern productivity stacks and a “self‑directed” curiosity to master emerging AI tools like Claude and Perplexity.
