Staff Product Operations

This staff product operations role sits will be supporting AI Solution Engineering and AI R&D initiatives. The position is a hands-on, senior-level IC responsible for operationalizing AI-driven applications from early-stage development through production release and ongoing support. The role blends product operations, backend engineering, and release ownership. You will partner closely with engineering teams to manage infrastructure, deployment workflows, and release processes for AI-enabled products, including a centralized AI platform used across the business.

This is not a traditional product role. The ideal candidate brings a strong Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering background and can support backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments while also translating technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders. You will help scale internal AI products across multiple business units and ensure reliable, production-ready releases.
