Salary: $68,905.20 - $92,862.72 Annually

Monthly Salary: $5,742.10 - $7,738.56 Monthly

Support frontline technology operations tied to the County's homelessness emergency response. This role focuses on installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining end-user devices and software in a centralized Windows environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot laptops, iPads, iPhones, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues and identify trends in problem calls
  • Prepare user instructions and training materials and assist with end‑user and support staff training
  • Support hardware and software upgrades, application support, inventory control, and licensing‑related tasks
  • One year of experience within the last five years installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing client devices or software in a Windows environment in a centralized IT organization
  • Valid California Class C Driver License, or ability to use an alternative method of transportation
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting homelessness services systems within a public agency
  • Experience configuring live‑event audio systems, troubleshooting Wifi Access Points, or providing virtual technical assistance
  • Recent experience with LAHSA or another public homelessness services agency is especially valued
