• Command Live Workflows: Lead daily MAM operations with a focus on live event support, ensuring that media is ingested, logged, and moved through the pipeline with zero friction.

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee special projects aimed at operational enhancements – turning "how we do it" into "how it's done better."

• You are a Process Optimizer: You have a "continuous improvement" mindset, constantly looking for ways to shave seconds off a workflow or add depth to a database.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Broadcast, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Media Asset Management (MAM) and 5+ years in a technical broadcast or digital media environment.
• Deep expertise in the content lifecycle – from camera capture and ingest to archive and distribution.
• Proven experience navigating the fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments typical of live sports, news, or entertainment.
• Mastery of MAM software, digital delivery tools, and a strong understanding of server/storage infrastructure.

• Project Leadership: Experience managing technical projects or system migrations.
• Advanced Tools: Familiarity with AI‑driven tagging, automated QC workflows, or cloud‑native MAM solutions.
• Local Advantage: Strong ties to the Los Angeles media production community.
