Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise infrastructure, including VMware, VxRail, NAS, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments
• Design, implement, and support Layer 2/Layer 3 network infrastructure, including switching, routing, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, and firewall management
• Manage network security through firewall policies, SSL/TLS certificates, PKI administration, network segmentation, and vulnerability remediation
• Maintain highly available systems, including Domain Controllers, Windows clustering, Hybrid Exchange, and disaster recovery solutions
• Lead backup, patch management, and business continuity initiatives using tools such as Veeam and enterprise patching platforms
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues across LAN/WAN environments and provide escalation support to technical teams
• Administer endpoint management and software deployment solutions
• Support and maintain core IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, telephony, internet, and intranet services

• Bachelor s degree required
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or related infrastructure role required
• Extensive experience with VMware/VxRail, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, enterprise storage, backup/disaster recovery, and network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, etc.) required
• Experience with legal technology platforms, including iManage, Relativity, or Aderant, preferred
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred

Salary Range: $135-150K
