Overview
The assigned Systems Analysts will provide technical support across all phases of the Windows 11 Enterprise migration and Microsoft Intune deployment.
Responsibilities- Windows 11 enterprise deployment, administration, and end-user transition support.
- Device enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle management through Microsoft Intune.
- Configuration and management of Windows Autopilot provisioning workflows.
- Cloud-based endpoint management, including mobile device management (MDM).
- Deployment and management of Microsoft 365 applications via Intune.
- Development and maintenance of Power Shell scripts for endpoint automation, configuration, and security policy enforcement.
- Configuration and monitoring of endpoint security controls in alignment with departmental and security standards.
- Windows operating system management, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting.
- Windows 11 enterprise deployment, administration, and end-user transition support.
- Experience with compliance baseline configuration.
- Cloud-based endpoint management.
- Windows Autopilot configuration and zero-touch provisioning scenarios.
- Microsoft 365 application management, packaging, and delivery via Intune, with familiarity with Microsoft 365 F3 and E3 licensing plans.
- Mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) in Microsoft 365 environments.
- Power Shell scripting for system administration, endpoint configuration, and security policy enforcement.
