* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, education, sales enablement, or learning delivery within a global or regional structure.

+ Experience working with technical stakeholders (e.g., product managers, engineers, technical program managers).

+ Experience using, managing, and training on learning management systems, authoring tools, and other learning and development (L&D) tools/technologies.

* Preferred qualifications:

* + Experience using GenAI (Gemini, Notebook LM, AI Studio, agents) to script, research, and accelerate deliverables and processes.

+ Experience in project management, working with cross-functional stakeholder groups, and supporting change management initiatives.
