Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager – Digital Banking Experience to own and enhance the digital banking integrations that power our platform. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize the integration roadmap, manage API delivery, and ensure world-class user experiences. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role perfect for someone eager to shape fintech solutions in a dynamic startup environment.

• Manage the digital banking experience, including core banking and online platform integrations.
• Partner with internal teams to prioritize and execute the integration roadmap.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research and analyze performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, compliance updates, and competitive offerings.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience (fintech, SaaS, or financial institutions preferred).
• Strong understanding of agile product development cycles.
• Experience managing APIs and technical integrations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Startup experience or ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or financial services.
• Background in UX/UI or technical product management.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, and PCI.
