My client, a Bio Pharma Manufacturer, is seeking a Associate Director, Commercial AI/ML Lead to join their Commercial Data & Analytics team. You will lead the development of innovative AI/ML solutions that shape commercial strategy and improve patient outcomes, while building an exceptional data science team at the cutting‑edge of AI initiatives.

• Lead the delivery and execution of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and Generative AI initiatives that drive commercial decision‑making.
• Build and deploy advanced models using deep learning, probabilistic forecasting, causal inference, reinforcement learning, and agentic AI techniques.
• Guide omnichannel analytics and media optimization strategies to maximize brand performance.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of data scientists while fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics leaders to translate business challenges into scalable AI‑driven solutions.
• Communicate analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• MS/MA degree plus 7 years of experience with 3+ years of direct report experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
• Expertise in machine learning, generative AI, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, cloud technologies, Git, and CI/CD environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate complex insights, and build strong cross‑functional partnerships.
