PLM Change Lead: IT Adoption & Stakeholder Enablement

We’re looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to drive technology and process changes across product development and manufacturing. This role will play a key part in PLM implementations, upgrades, and user adoption, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management for systems, workflows, and business processes
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies
• Manage RFCs, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis
• Facilitate CAB meetings and cross-functional alignment
• Monitor adoption metrics and continuous improvement
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Change Management, PLM, or business transformation
• Experience with PLM systems (Lectra, Kubix Link, Centric, PTC FlexPLM)
• Strong knowledge of apparel product development & manufacturing lifecycle
• Familiarity with BOMs, cost sheets, garment specs
• Proven ability to drive system adoption and stakeholder alignment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Certifications:
  
  ITIL, Prosci, CCMP
• Experience in apparel/fashion or consumer goods
• Exposure to ERP–PLM integrations and global teams
