Policy Analysis Project Intern ( Shop - LATAM Governance BS​/MS

Responsibilities

• Support the design and rollout of content and creator policies and programs based on data insights and operational needs
• Assist in analyzing ecosystem risks and trends, building measurement mechanisms and mitigation signals to support platform integrity
• Collaborate with country teams to localize and implement global go-to-market strategies for new policies or workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional project plans and help drive execution across engineering, moderation, product, and operations teams
• Participate in defining success metrics and building dashboards to monitor ecosystem health and policy compliance
• Help manage escalations, communication, and reporting related to creator governance issues
