• Design an integrated Seller Live plan to increase the live GMV of Sellers in Tik Tok Shop.
• Analyze live performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the XFN team to align sellers' promotions with overall marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on Tik Tok trends and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility for the shop.

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer/Fall 2026.
• Proven track record in business development and sales within the live streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry and strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
• Ability to work independently and time manage high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations.
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
• Familiar with Tik Tok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
