SKIMS is seeking an AI Program Manager for the Customer Experience team to develop and deploy AI across customer support channels. You will partner with CX leadership to identify opportunities, pilots, and scalable solutions that improve customer and agent experiences while driving efficiency.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to pilot, launch, and optimize AI initiatives. Strong CX domain knowledge is essential.
