• Design and develop web pages and content for the company website.
• Monitor and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize website for search engine rankings and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website.
• Regularly review and analyze website traffic and user engagement to make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement website strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website design and development.
• Train and support staff on website usage and content management.
• Ensure website compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., Word Press).
• Experience with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and pediatric care is a plus.
