Downtown Los Angeles, CA (5 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on IT support in a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role will focus on end‑user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, machine deployment, AV support, and white‑glove user interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide desktop and end‑user support for hardware, software, and Office 365 environments
- Reimage and deploy machines using Windows Deployment Toolkit and Intune
- Support mobility management including iOS devices and Intune
- Provide AV, Zoom, and conference room/meeting support
- Assist with technical services projects, workstation setups, and user onboarding
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and endpoint issues
- 5+ years of experience in an IT/Desktop Support role
- Strong experience with Office 365 (Outlook Client & OWA)
- Experience with Windows imaging/deployment tools and Intune
