. The role involves configuring Microsoft Surface Hub settings, including display, audio, and network configurations, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity for Crestron devices, ensuring proper device communication, and troubleshooting audio and video issues.

Pay Range$40/hr - $43/hr on W2 (without benefits)
Audio Visual Responsibilities of an On‑Site Technician- Microsoft Surface Hubs – configure settings, including display, audio, and network configurations, and reset or reconfigure the device when necessary.
- Crestron – diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring all devices are properly connected and can communicate. Fix audio issues such as volume control, speaker output, and microphone functionality, and troubleshoot video issues including display problems and resolution settings.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms – diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, troubleshoot user interface problems such as touch panel responsiveness and meeting controls, and ensure proper display of meeting information.
- Additional technologies – support Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and AV equipment such as speakers, cameras, and monitors/kiosks.
- Provide support to all customers within your coverage location(s), whether they are on‑site, at client engagements, or off‑site.
- Troubleshoot and solve PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage Service Now tickets, prioritize them, and be aware of SLAs.
- Support Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Office
365. - Handle asset management tasks: shipping, receiving, tracking, and disposing of hardware assets throughout the acquisition process.
- Provide printer support, including installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.
- Support events and meetings, which may occur on‑site or off‑site.
- Occasional travel may be required to support other EY locations, client engagement sites, or off‑site events.
- Provide remote hands support under the guidance of the network operations team, checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting hardware, and upgrading devices.
- Offer VIP/White Glove support.
- Occasional after‑hour support may be required.

- 2+ years of on‑site technical support experience, or a degree in a related discipline.
