To design, execute, and optimize testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design and implement test plans for complex features and modules.
- To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency, proactively advocate for timely fixes and quality assurance best practices.
- To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures.
- To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest testing technology trends, contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks/libraries and proactively implement innovative testing approaches to address evolving software complexities.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
