Job Title:
Data Architect [Must have Population Health Exp]
Location:
Remote
Duration: 7+ months
Additional Details:
Follows project travel schedule. (usually once a QTR)
Data Architect – EPIC VBPM and Population Health
Population Health Qualifications- Experience in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model
- Understanding of Patient Care, HEDIS, Engagement, Care Coordination, Value based care, risk sharing models
- Expert in EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (e.g., ICT), social determinants of health data
- Experience or familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for Population health
- Experience or familiarity with EPIC EMR Reporting (PowerBI)
- Expert in Data Modelling, Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX for report development Data Analytics requisitions
- Experience in data cleansing, ETL toolsets (SSIS, Matillion etc)
- Familiarity/experience with Data Governance principles
- Experience in efficient data model design
- Expert in SQL database management, SSIS Package and SQL query development
