AIDS Healthcare Foundation in Los Angeles is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide frontline IT support for end users, addressing hardware, software and peripheral issues, and ensuring timely ticket resolution.
You will work with IT colleagues to escalate complex problems, perform root cause analysis, create checklists, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and videoconferencing equipment. This role is not remote and requires on-site presence.
