Responsibilities
  • Localize seller operations content. Adapt seller operations methodologies, research insights, and best practices into content that resonates with US sellers — clear, actionable, and tailored to the local market.
  • Build seller enablement materials. Help produce methodology and brand assets, including training programs, playbooks, case studies, and educational content that support merchants across different growth stages.
  • Partner with Product on data products. Track requirements for seller analytics products (brand insights, business diagnostics, etc.); own the rollout of new features to US sellers, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable product requirements.
  • Engage and grow the sellers community. Build direct touch points with sellers through communities and 1:1 deep dives with key sellers; cultivate seed users and amplify the impact of our products.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, or related majors
  • Independent and self‑motivated, with good end‑to‑end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects and eager to learn skills across a variety of marketing specialties
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven skills of self‑motivation, and a goal‑oriented mindset; clear and logical thinker and communicator; comfortable working with data; proficient with AI productivity products.

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

Benefits

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and country of work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
