Responsibilities
- Innovation consultants bring value to Protiviti’s clients by delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions to complex business problems.
- Collaborate with the team to solve business challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Participate in various projects and experiences designed to fuel curiosity and build capability.
- Compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights to contribute to client engagements.
- Manage time and priorities effectively, taking ownership of assignments to deliver impactful results.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management)
- Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
